Tell us a little bit about The Olive Tap. 

“The Olive Tap is an Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar tasting emporium.  All of our oils and vinegars are available to sample inside the store, so you can taste before you buy.  We also offer spices and seasonings and many other food items.  New to the store is a full-service salad bar where the customer can pick the items they want on their salad and we will build it for them.  They can also choose their own vinaigrette salad dressing.  We offer a variety of Panini's and flatbreads, as well as, charcuterie for individual lunch trays or party platters.”

Do you have any gift recommendations that are popular?

“We have a great selection of gift items and gift baskets for all your gift giving needs. Simple ideas like a bottle of Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar, as well as, gift baskets and bags with a variety of items.”

Why should attendees be encouraged to stop at your booth?

“We have a nice selection of items that you can sample, and we offer a lot of great gift ideas for all your shopping needs.”

What was your takeaway from last year’s Des Moines Holiday Boutique?

“There is a great variety of exhibitors so there is something for everyone at this show, whether you are looking for something for that special someone or just looking for yourself.”

What is your best holiday shopping advice?

“I tell myself every year to shop early and I never do it.  That would be my advice to everyone, because it can be a real hassle if you wait too long.”
