Are face coverings mandatory?
Following CDC guidance, at indoor events, face coverings are now optional for fully vaccinated attendees. We ask non-vaccinated attendees to please continue to wear face coverings while at the show, for the health and well-being of others (exceptions include any state or local mask orders that are still in place).

Is there a special ticket required for Girls Night Out or Saturday Night Out?
No.  A regular admission tickets will get you in to any of our themed nights. 

Are there multiple day tickets?
No.  A multi-day ticket is not available at this time.

How long does it take to see the show?
It can take 2 to 3 hours to see the entire show.  If you prefer to visit the show during non-peak hours, we recommend coming during the evening hours on Saturday or Sunday. 

Do you have wheelchairs or motorized scooters available for rent?
No, however you are welcome to bring your own if needed.

Can I bring a pet?
No. Animals/pets are not permitted in the MCC without prior approval of Show Management and MCC Management, including move-in and move-out times. Working guide and service animals trained to perform a specific task for an individual with a disability are welcomed.

Can I bring my own food into the show?
No. Food and drink will be available for purchase.

Are shopping carts, wagons, and strollers permitted?
Small pull-behind or push carts are permitted.  Grocery-size carts and wagons are NOT permitted. Strollers are permitted. Please note that the aisles will be crowded.

Are shopping carts or strollers available to rent?
No.

I've already been to the show this year and would like to return a product.  Do I have to pay again?
No.  When you get to the show, check in at will-call with the product you would like to return.  One ticket will be provided to the individual returning the product.

Are there any hotel discounts at area hotels?
