In 2020, a commercial winery was established in the Food Sciences Building on Iowa State University's campus. The goal was to craft wine using cold-hardy grapes grown at the Iowa State University's Horticulture Research Station, utilizing wine-making techniques to elevate the quality of the Iowa wine industry. Currently, our third vintage is available, and we are working on our fourth vintage. Our wines have garnered awards and are meant to be savored with delicious food and wonderful company.New Products
